What is Rent Café?
Rent Café is a web-based information center that replaces paper forms and applications. Rent Café will save you time, money and provides you with up-to-date information on your account.
We are currently inviting clients to register on the portal by recertification month. In order to register for the portal, you will need a registration code. This code will be provided in the letter.
Using this Web Portal is required to maintain eligibility with the Housing Voucher program. There is no additional cost to you for your account setup.
By creating your account, you will be able to review and update your contact information electronically. (The following year, we will initiate your annual recertification to be completed online.)
