The Facilities Department at the Tampa Housing Authority continues to focus on Asset Preservation, Innovation, Environmental Sustainability, Budgetary goals, and Resident Service - in alignment with the Agency's mission. We support the functionality, safety, and sustainability of THA's buildings, grounds, and resident units.
Our responsibilities include Maintenance of THA's RAD properties, Capital and PCA project planning and management, Energy management, Inventory and Materials management, and our very first priority - Resident Service. We are proud to be ambassadors of the THA Brand as we serve our residents every day, working to improve the comfort and safety of their homes.
