| Chandra Richardson, Assistant Property Manager in the Asset Management Department, has been selected as October's administrative Employee of the Month. In the absence of the Property Manager, who has been on FMLA since December, Chandra Richardson has excelled in various responsibilities, such as rent collection, leasing, apartment inspections, handling resident grievances, working with vendors and contractors, and interviewing potential temporary employees. Her exceptional performance in facing these challenges has led to her nomination for Employee of the Month. |
