Employee of the Month: Javier Diaz

The Facilities Department has chosen Javier Diaz, a Measurement and Verification Field Technician, as Employee of the Month for April. Diaz, who celebrated 25 years of service with THA, is responsible for inspecting, upkeeping, and repairing air conditioning units at Southern Scattered properties. He also works on non-resident office buildings. Diaz's strong troubleshooting, customer service, and communication skills contribute to his consistent service, preventing breakdowns and extending equipment lifespans.
