I. Call to Order
Chairman James Cloar called the meeting of the North Tampa Housing Development Corporation Board of Directors to order at 10:27 am. Other directors present were Lorena Hardwick, Sul Hemani, Ben Dachepalli and legal counsel Ricardo Gilmore. Director Parker Homans, Bemetra Salter Liggins, and Billi Johnson-Griffin did not attend this meeting.

II. Approval of Minutes
A motion to approve the Minutes from the January 19, 2022, meeting was made by Director Hardwick and seconded by Director Hemani.

Director Dachepalli - Present
Director Cloar - Yes

III. Public Forum (Three-minute limit allotted per speaker)

  • None to come before this forum. 

IV. New Business
A motion to approve the following Resolution was made by Director Dachepalli and seconded by Director Hemani:

  • Resolution No. 2022-0079-NTHDC
  • Resolutions authorizing the President and CEO of the NTHDC to terminate sub-contractor agreements for HAP contract administration.

V. Adjournment
There being no further business to come before this Board the Chair adjourned the meeting at 10:29 am.
