I. Call to Order
Chairman James Cloar called the meeting of the Renaissance Affordable Housing Development Corporation Board of Directors to order at 11:01 am. Other directors present were Lorena Hardwick, Parker Homans, Ben Dachepalli, Bemetra Salter-Liggins, Sul Hemani and legal counsel Ricardo Gilmore. Commissioner Billi Johnson-Griffin did not attend this meeting.

II. Public Forum (Three-minute limit allotted per speaker)

  •  None to come before this forum.

III. New Business

A motion to approve the following Resolution was made by Director Dachepalli and seconded by Director Hemani:

  • Resolution No. FY2022-0001 RAHDC
  • The Board of Directors is requested to approve the above-referenced resolution to approve the GP replacement, bylaws, officers, and submission of the application

IV. Adjournment
There being no further business to come before this Board the Chair adjourned the meeting at 11:05 am.
