The event will be honored by the presence of City of Tampa Mayor Jane Castor, who will deliver remarks.

Grow Financial's arrival marks a significant milestone as the newest Tampa Housing Authority retail tenant at West River. Their presence not only adds convenience for residents but also plays a crucial role in safeguarding our community against predatory lenders and loan sharks. "The opening of Grow Financial at West River signifies a positive step forward in ensuring financial security and empowerment for our residents," said the President & CEO at the Tampa Housing Authority, Jerome Ryans. "We are delighted to welcome this reputable institution that shares our vision of fostering a thriving and financially resilient community, adds Ryans."
