I. Call to Order
Chairman Cloar called the THA Affordable Housing Development Corporation Board of Directors meeting to order at 10:44 am. Also present for this meeting were Vice-Chair Salter-Liggins, Directors Hardwick, Homans and legal counsel Ricardo Gilmore. Directors Dachepalli and Johnson-Griffin were not present at this meeting, also note that Mr. Sul Hemani had not yet been appointed to the Board. 

II. Approval of Minutes
A motion to approve the Minutes of Directors meeting of January 20, 2021 was made by Director Salter Liggins, seconded by Director Homans:

Director Hardwick - Yes

III. Public Forum

• None to come this forum

IV. New Business

• Presentation of Resolution No. 2021-0022-AHDC 
  A resolution authorizing the President/CEO of The THA Affordable Housing Development Corporation to execute the purchase and sale agreement for the sale of 1528 W. North B Street to the highest and most responsive bidder, 1528 W North B Street, LLC in the amount of $1,240,000.
  

A motion was made by Director Homans, seconded by Director Hardwick:

V. Adjournment
There being no other matters to come before this Board, the Chair adjourned the meeting at 9:49 am.
