I. Call to Order
Chairman James Cloar called the meeting of the Mary Bethune Development Corporation Board of Directors to order at 10:20 am. Other Directors in attendance were Lorena Hardwick, Parker Homans, Sul Hemani, and legal counsel Ricardo Gilmore. Director Billi Johnson-Griffin participated online. Director Ben Dachepalli was not present and did not participate online.  

II. Approval of Minutes
Motion to approve the Minutes from the January 20, 2021 meeting made by Director Hardwick, seconded by Director Johnson-Griffin: 

Director Hardwick - Yes
Director Homans - Yes
Director Hemani - Present
Director Cloar - Yes
Director Johnson-Griffin - Yes

III. Public Forum

  • None to come this forum

IV. New Business

  • Resolution No. 2021-0003-MBDC
    Resolution approving Mary Bethune Highrise permanent loan closing.

A motion was made by Director Hardwick, seconded by Director Hemani:

V. Adjournment
There being no further business to come before this Board, Chairman Cloar adjourned the meeting at 10:21 am.
