   • 2021-4194 David Iloanya: A resolution approving the award of a new construction contract to Alto Construction Company, Inc., for the parking lot resurfacing at the sanctuary at James H. Shimberg Estates.
   • 2021-4195 Margaret Jones: A resolution approving the revision of the Housing Choice Voucher's Administrative Plan due to COVID-19.  
   • 2021-4196 Leroy Moore: A resolution authorizing the President/CEO of The Housing Authority of The City of Tampa to execute a commercial contract on behalf of Open Space Acquisitions LLC with Salhab Nourudeen (seller) for the acquisition of 501 E. Lake Avenue and 3601 N. Central Avenue both located in Tampa, Hillsborough County, Florida.
   • 2021-4197 Stephanie Brown-Gilmore: A resolution authorizing the President/CEO of the Housing Authority of the City of Tampa to adopt a corporate resolution certification regarding a community development block grant (CDBG) award. 
   • 2021-4198 David Iloanya: A resolution approving the award of a construction contract to AAA Restoration and Builders for the reconstruction of an existing warehouse on Main Street.
   • 2021-4199 David Iloanya: A resolution authorizing the President/CEO of the Housing Authority of the City of Tampa, Florida to award non-exclusive easement across, under, over as necessary for the routing, installation, maintenance, improvement service operation and including wiring within and through the premises used in the provision of such service (internet, tv, and phone). 
   • 2021-4200 Leroy Moore: A resolution authorizing the President/CEO of The Housing Authority of The City of Tampa (THA) to negotiate and execute a purchase and sale agreement on behalf of Central Park Development Group, LLC (CPDGLLC) with MCRT Investments, LLC for the sale of lot 8 at Encore.
