(THADC), acting on behalf of THA Oaks, LLC to execute, in substantial form, a real estate purchase agreement between Oaks at Riverview, LP (buyer) and RTD Phase I, LTD. (seller) for the purchase of an asset known as Oaks at Riverview Apartments.
