THA Banc of America Community Development Company, and PMG Affordable Commence Demolition of Robles Park Village
TAMPA, FL - September 9, 2025 - After five years of planning, the Tampa Housing Authority (THA), Banc of America Community Development Company (BACDC), and PMG Affordable are moving forward with the highly anticipated next chapter for Robles Park Village. Demolition of the existing vacated Robles Park Village site will begin on September 15, making way for the first phase of a new mixed-income, mixed-use community that will reinvigorate Tampa's last large-scale public housing community and nearly triple the number of Affordable Housing units previously available.
To mark the occasion, the development team and the City of Tampa will host a community event featuring remarks from former residents, dignitaries, and community leaders.
