THE PROJECT BASED TWO BEDROOM WAITLIST WILL CLOSE JULY 11TH 2025

Overview:

In accordance with the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) regulations,
Public Housing Agencies are required to provide public notice through publication in a local
newspaper of general circulation, in minority media, and through other appropriate means,
consistent with the agency's Administrative Plan and HUD's fair housing requirements.
Project-Based Rental Assistance is a subsidized housing program in which the tenant's portion of
rent is based on 30% of their adjusted income. The rental subsidy is tied to the unit and is not
portable or transferable.

The application period will CLOSE July 11th, 2025 AT 5 PM. Applications must be
submitted online at https://www.tampaha.org/wait-list-information.You will be prompted to
register for a BOB.AI account to apply for the two bedroom waitlist. If determined eligible
based on household composition and income, the application will be placed on the two-bedroom
waitlist upon completion.

Disabled individuals who require a reasonable accommodation to apply in a manner other than
online must submit a written request for review to the Tampa Housing Authority's Assisted
Housing Department at 5301 West Cypress Street, Tampa, FL 33607 while the application
period is open.
