This is to inform that the PHA Plan Amendment hearing date scheduled for September 20, 2023, has been changed to September 27, 2023, 8:30AM, at the THA main office building on 5301 Cypress Street, Tampa FL., 33607. 

This is a continuation of the public Notice initiated on 07/09/23, for PHA PLAN Amendment - This is a public notice for Tampa Housing Authority's PHA Plan amendment for RAD/Section 18 Blend Option and site configuration. Tampa Housing Authority is proposing to convert the following non-RAD, public housing developments to RAD/Section 18 Blend Option and Site Configuration to have maximum flexibility as they come up for recapitalization and renovation.  Developments are indicated below:

• Belmont Heights Estate Phase III to RAD/Section 18 Blend 
• Oaks at Riverview to RAD/Section 18 Blend 
• Gardens at South Bay to RAD/Section 18 Blend
