Central Tampa - Technology Park

Technology Park is across the street from the Legacy within the 28-acre Encore District development in downtown Tampa. Technology Park is 18,000 SF and includes Water Bearers and Cistern Drums that are internally illuminated and a Shade Structure installed for comfort and enjoyment. This public art project is a unique partnership between the Tampa Housing Authority, the City of Tampa Public Art Program, and the University of South Florida School of Architecture. The park offers a Florida native landscape and butterfly garden. Technology Park was completed in February 2021.
